Oiii’s Refer-a-Friend Program (the Program) is available to all users of the Oiii Passenger Smartphone Application (Oiii), further described on the Oiii website at oiii.com who have an existing account on Oiii (Existing Users). The Program is managed by Net-Cabs Pty Ltd [ABN 22 167 868 859] of F56, 63 Turner Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207 (referred to herein as “we”, “our” and “us”).

Within the Program we offer individual promotions such as “$10/$10” (the Promo) which sets out specific reward structures and expiry dates. The Promo is presented in Oiii and defines the rules for reward redemption and the amounts credited to Oiii accounts (Credit). The Promo also sets the expiry date for a friend referral (Code Expiry) and the expiry date for reward redemption i.e. by completing a booked trip with Oiii (Reward Expiry).

Benefits for Referred Friends

Existing Users can log in to their account in Oiii and refer a friend by entering the friend’s email address or mobile number under a given Promo. Oiii will then generate a unique code (Referral Code) and inform the friend about the Promo, its benefits and associated Referral Code. The Referral Code can only be provided to any person who is not an Existing User (Referred Friend). Once a Referred Friend creates an account on Oiii they will be a new user (New User) who will be entitled to a reward after entering their Referral Code into Oiii and subsequently completing their first trip booked with Oiii.

How do you redeem a reward?

A Referrred Friend needs to download the Oiii app from the Apple or Google app store, register a new account with Oiii, enter their Referral Code into the app and then book and complete a trip with Oiii. The Referral Code can be received by email or text message and is entered manually into the Oiii app. Once the New User completes their first trip (after entering the Referral Code), the reward is automatically redeemed with Oiii issuing the Credit to the New User’s Oiii account. The Credit will then be applied for payment of future trips booked in Oiii. The New User will be able to view the balance of issued Credits under their profile in the Oiii app.

Does the Referral Code expire?

Yes, the Referral Code expires in line with the Promo’s Code Expiry.

Is there a Reward Expiry?

Yes, a reward will expire at the Promo’s set Reward Expiry if the reward has not yet been redeemed by completing a trip before that date.

Does the Credit expire?

No, once the Credit has been issued after completing a trip, the Credit does not expire.

Do Existing Users receive any benefit?

Yes, once a New User receives their credit for completing a trip, the Existing User who referred the New User will be entitled to the Promo’s defined Credit. The Credit will be automatically issued to the Existing User’s Oiii account and used for booked Oiii trips made by the Existing User. The Credit balance can be viewed in the profile setting of the Existing User’s Oiii account.

Can Referral Codes be used by more than one New User?

No, a separate Referral Code needs to be sent to each person who is a Referred Friend, in order for the Referred Friend and Existing User to take advantage of the Program.

Can a New User use more than one Referral Code generated by the same Promo?

No, New Users can only use one Referral Code for a given Promo.

Can an Existing User also be a Referred Friend?

No, Existing Users are not able to also be a Referred Friend. If you are an Existing User you must not create a new account in order to receive a Referal Code from yourself via your Existing User account.

How long will the Program run for?

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Program at any time. However, any Referral Codes and Credits applied to any Oiii account prior to such change or discontinuance will not be affected.
