- your business location, region, category and subcategory
- a short and full description of your business and experience
- details of your proposed offer, including any discount, package, promo code or redemption method
- offer conditions, availability, booking details and any applicable restrictions
- venue and customer experience information, such as opening hours and accessibility
- images, logo and any promotional or supporting marketing material
- the required declarations, consents and acknowledgements for publication and review

The Oiii Business Hub is a business account that provides access to priority bookings, centralised account management, monthly invoicing and automatic fare discounts based on your monthly trip volume.
Any business that requires transport for staff, clients or operations, including corporate travel, shift transport, airport transfers and general business use.
No. You can use the platform at any volume. Discounts increase as your monthly trip volume grows.
Discounts are automatically applied based on the number of completed trips on your business account each month.

101+ trips/month: 12.5%
Discounts are calculated monthly and applied to eligible trips within that billing period.
Discounts are subject to ongoing eligibility and may be varied or withdrawn in accordance with Oiii’s Terms and Conditions.
Your nominated administrator can make bookings through the Oiii Business Hub Portal and manage travel for your organisation.
Yes. Your administrator can manage access and usage within your business account.
Yes. Business Hub accounts receive booking priority where available.
Eligible trips are consolidated into a monthly invoice, making reconciliation simple.
Yes. You can nominate whether your business requires a purchase order as part of the setup.
Yes. Depending on your setup, card-based payment options may also be available.
